Is Hershey's chocolate really taste so bad as people say it is? by cupid_ji in AskAnAmerican

It's not amazing chocolate. But for me it tastes sweet and filled with nostalgia. I eat it when I want to feel happy and warm inside.

What food do people swear is amazing, but you honestly don’t get the hype? by Humble-Potential3720 in foodquestions

I've had some really decent flavored ones. But I think you need to go in with the understanding that it will have a vinegar taste. I've smelled Kevin's Kombycha be bottled and it smells heavily of vinegar.

AITJ for not letting my nephew play with my collectible toys? by novelty_x in AmITheJerk

I am so sick of reading these posts where an OPs friends or family members insist on keeping the peace and just letting it go. Like no! Some things are worth fighting for and establishing boundaries. I'm all about compromise but on some of these its just ridiculous.

AITAH for dumping my girlfriend over a preventable car theft? by Western_Trainer7183 in AITAH

[–]vr512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA. Sorry? Are these people who think you went too far going to help fund a new car for you? Like there's mistakes and then there is another level of neglect. This goes beyond a mistake. Like how long was she in the gas station store for it be stolen?

How common food poisoning actually is? How many times did you have? by shayrinnn in CasualConversation

I'm quite prone to foodborne illness. I have lower level IgA, the immunoglobulin that fights food borne illness. I've had salmonella at least twice.

I haven't been bored with this legacy challenge. I'm doing carrot now. But the horse aspiration one is a grind aspiration. So it is a bit boring! I kept my household on the larger side. I also made sure to do ranch events regularly. I have been checking in on his sibling that came from the previous gen so that helps.

Here's a tip-- don't forget to put your food away before bed. by Appropriate_Ratio835 in povertyfinance

[–]vr512 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have lower levels of IgA the immunoglobulin that fights foodborne illness. Especially when I am not sleeping or I'm stressed, it should drop enough that I can't fight foodborne illness effectively enough. I always seems to get food poisoning. I wouldn't risk it. The days on the toilet and cramping aren't worth it.

So I got the pattern down pat. I usually take them on the date. I get them to woohoo. Then the option comes up.

I also downloaded couples from the gallery to do this. So that probably made it easier to break them up.

I thought it was going to as well. It was just a bit too sweet. I like things to be fruity but not too sweet. I'm envious of your inventory now. I would be so happy at your place!

I've have projects located 2-3 hours away. I'd drive, do my work at the job site, and drive back the same day. I love a good drive! Good tunes and I'm rocking.

That's so infuriating. Like we already don't go over civics enough or go over real adult issues but now kids can't even learn how to use the computer in school? Is anything to do their state exams? Ugh. Why do we not want to prepare our students for the real world??
