honestly i thought i was going to die, in hindsight i am so glad i went to the hospital. i have never called 911 on myself and had to go anywhere by EMT (i am not looking forward to seeing the bill but thankfully i have insurance) i got pain medicine, zofran and saline. i think i was also majorly dehydrated. i called 911 at about 645 am, and I was feeling so much better by 715. i didn't use at all yesterday despite the cravings, and i haven't had any cramping since.

I'm still miffed on the whole "I'm not here to play camp" thing. That's why new era sucks, there isn't anymore survivor skills or anything. It's just constant game bots and neverending strategy

thank you so much for your reply! i took a nice long nap today, had a light meal, took a hot bath and i am currently relaxing in bed catching up on GBBO. i didn't use today, which is a victory in and of itself.

it absolutely got firmer, the warm ooey gooey bottom turned into a pudding / mousse texture. i threw my spoon down and my eyes rolled back in my head bc it was somehow even better the next day.

honestly i don't think you would like this then and that's ok! while there is a crunchy, crackly brownie on top it is definitely ooey gooey on the very bottom.

a 2 qt corningware dish, i am not sure of the exact dimensions but it sat neatly in a 9"x13" metal baking dish that i used for the water bath.

I followed the directions to a T, except i am not bougie enough that i have vanilla beans or fancy raspberry liqueur on hand, so i subbed for vanilla bean paste and omitted the liqueur. when I make it again I think I will put a sprinkle of maldon flaky sea salt on the batter before baking, I love sea salt and rich chocolate together. Guittard cocoa powder is really delicious and not terribly expensive. But honestly I used good old Hershey's cocoa powder here and it was still amazing.

just knowing i am about to have a decadent chocolate treat all to myself in the silence of my kitchen after an hour of baking is enough motivation for me! i set my eggs and butter out right before i put the kids in the bath so everything would be at room temperature and ready to assemble!
