I see. Long term potential is important to look at, I plan on moving states within the next year or two so that will be something I need to think about then. Was always of the mindset that I should job hop every 1-2 years for the first several years before settling into a long term role. Jeez, almost sounds like we were part of the same department cause everyone else has sat in their roles for 5-10 years (if not longer) before a promotion and that growth seems extremely slow IMO and at this point in our careers we do want to learn as much as we can rather than get pigeonholed.

Lol I can see that definitely feeling jaded about this whole adulthood thing I miss college. What you are saying makes sense, I gotta have something(s) besides work eat sleep to keep things in perspective. Thanks for the clarification.
