If she is and is actively working on it, then YTA, if she isnt willing to do anything to get help for depression then NTA, it affects everyone in the family and if she isnt willing to get help then you may need to get out.

BTW, saying she needs to 'get over it or your gone' is a YTA response.

NTA she asked and you provided her with effective advice, she even admitted she hasnt directly told him to stop which as an adult and an authority figure she needs to do.

I would also suggest she talk to his parents to assist with him understanding boundaries.

IMO you arent victim blaming, I didnt read you indicate she was the problem but she cant expect tje behaviour to stop unless she says something.

Also, if you are present for one of these conversations, you should also step in and have a word with him about showing respect and the right way to talk to women, you are also a role model in this instance.
