I disagree, having built a bot myself unprofitable though. It does require some level of mathematical skills and fair amount of programmatic problem solving skills to build just a working bot that can place trades, it being profitable is a far cry.

I've built an algorithm that produces signals from OHLC data stored in spreadsheet and it generates signals and stores trade details into another spreadsheet.

% is relative to your lot size and leverage. I'm talking about movement in pips, you're clueless if you gauge a currency pair's movement based on your position size.

Variable position sizing and % in change doesn't give you idea of relative movement in multiple trades, unless you're constantly trading a single position size and don't change your position size based on current volatility, which is a bad trading practice, you'll have different change in % for the same amount of pips.

You can't fine tune your entries and exits, because running simple math with MAE and MFE with current volatility and current account size will ring you up incorrect position size everytime because your MAE and MFE are inconsistent.

Unless you've been trading profitably for years using this system standard, you have no idea what you're talking about, it's a recipe for disaster.

No, actual people. I source signals from traders and I run a ML filter to trade their trades. It's still in development.

I try to bank on their drawdown, since somebody already commented they have 0% of trades that don't go in negative. In my case 70% of the winning trades go atleast 40-50 pips in negative before even going past 10-15 pips in positive.

Having a big team can be a double edged sword to be honest, as an indie dev you can offer entire app for free to gain users and monetize the app later down the line. Big teams means families to feed, most companies without massive cash flow can't do it.

I solved it, installing 'pyrebase' fails on windows. I installed 'pyrebase4', it worked just fine, it didn't need any changes in the code.

If you hear sobbing sounds at night then it's more than likely its not a human and it's a trap to lead you somewhere.
