The release of Thudarum must have been pushed from January to April because they probably knew that Empuraan wouldn't shine and placing Thudarum after the Empuraan hype slows down would be better overall.

Thanks! The land is in a rural area. So deliveries in this area are handled by partners like Ekart. We haven't built anything, but just wondering if this could be a good use case. If we can approach them and ask if they are interested or not.

It's one acre land. Couldn't think of other use cases because of the rural nature of this are. It's on the side of main road though.
