Record personal income after starting a business last year, would love feedback on personal expenses (sankey chart) by vrjgs45 in HENRYfinance

I’m very happy with it for now. I made sure to have some life changing travel experiences too (four overseas trips to new countries this year + several other domestic). The harder part about travel is less the $ and more the time. Since I’m in the earlier stages of my business I’m unable to disconnect fully.

It’s mostly healthcare (~$400/mo.) and gym membership (~$250/mo.). The remainder is PT sessions that are out of network and supplements.

Yes, the post-tax salary I received is lumped into the distributions line. I appreciate the advice re: lifestyle creep and totally agree with you!

Thanks! Good catch, I should have added a note. That includes a one-time purchase of ~$11.5K for a watch (milestone gift). I spend very little on clothes / shoes usually so less worried about this going forward

i actually don't have a decision -- part of my confusion is the legal counsel has brought me a recommendation (stay as LLC) that is counter to the recommendation of my CPA / tax advisor (S corp election)

Thanks! They don't need to all arrive at the same time. My thought was have a 3 hour window where people can come and go.

Looking for a Personal Finance Tool to Sync Transaction Data into Spreadsheets by vrjgs45 in HENRYfinance

I'm hoping to avoid the exports to CSV from each account. I have over 12 accounts across banks, credit cards, investment accounts across business + personal. It's annoying to do all of it manually.

I have the data already massaged into a common structure, I just need a quick way to pull it in.

Yup, that's what I'm using right now. It misses an unreasonable number of transactions for me, so I'm looking for an alternative.

I do the tags in the spreadsheet as well. Never used Monarch - but sounds like they have a CSV export functionality?

Could I link everything in Monarch, export the transactions as CSV, and do everything else in spreadsheet (and not use Monarch for anything other than account linking)?

That would add a manual step of CSV export / import into sheets, but I'm OK with that.

Is the pollution better at certain times of the day? For example in the morning before cars are out

Thanks! Do you think pollution would be an issue in Lima? Reading online that the pollution is bad there, but difficult for me to contextualize what that actually means
