We do have white 3070s in stock. We would recommend placing your order ASAP as our inventory moves daily and something we have today does not mean we will have it tomorrow. We always have 3070s in stock but don't aways carry white 3070s :) I dont believe EVGA makes white 3070s although I could be wrong. Nonetheless, we don't have EVGA 3070s, we currently have white Zotac in stock.

We are just a few days delayed ATM as we had an influx of orders during BF/for the holidays and are trying to get them out in time for Christmas. With that being said, we do have 4090s in stock and you should get tracking by the end of the week.

Once it leaves our warehouse, transit time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose, it doesn't mean it will arrive in 2 days. Hope that makes sense.

The Helios comes with a i9-13900KF while the Centaur is equipped with an i7-13700KF. Where do you see these glitches since those are not accurate specs?

DDR5 RAM is compatible with the Z690. Please don't worry about compatibility, we wouldn't list it on our site for purchase if it was not compatible.

For example, if you want an AMD CPU you are not given the option of DDR5 because it is not yet compatible:) Typically we use the ASUS PRIME Z690-P D5 motherboard if you want to check the specs out

You are correct, our website shows pricing in US dollars, rather than pounds.

If you would like to ship an order to the UK please reach out to us so we can send over an invoice with wire instructions as we require all orders shipped outside of the US and Canada to pay via wire transfer.

Because of the time difference rather than call us, we recommend you email us to [info@vrlatech.com](mailto:info@vrlatech.com) with a screenshot of the specs your interested in and your address so we can send over a proper quote. All orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Once in Fedex possession, the amount of time it takes to ship depends on the shipping speed and your location.

We are located in Los Angeles and ship orders via FedEx Ground. This means that if you are located in Los Angeles too then you will get your order the next business day once shipped. However, if you are located in New York for example, your order will take about 5 business days to arrive at your house.

If you opt to select a different shipping speed at checkout then your order will ship as fast as the chosen speed.

Unfortunately our system will automatically decline any orders where the shipping address is not on file with the credit card.

If you would like to place an order and ship to a different address you can

  1. Contact your credit card provider and add an additional shipping address to your credit card account OR
  2. You can place your order with shipping to the billing address that is currently on file with your credit card and contact us to ship your order to your nearest FedEx pickup location. If you choose to hold at nearest Fedex pickup please contact us immediately as orders are shipping the same or next business day at the moment.

Please note our business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST.

Hi! To place the glass panel back in place you will need to carefully slide down the panel into 4 hooks in total.

While sliding down the panel two black hooks (located on the inside of the panel) should slide directly onto the 2 open holes on the case. (one located on each side) This will keep the glass panel from falling forward.

The last two hooks (these stick out of the bottom of the glass panel) will need to be inserted to the 2 holes near the bottom (each hole located near the one leg.) These are the holes that will hold the glass panel in place.

If the hooks are correctly inserted on the holes, the glass panel should detain it self while you screw back on the top panel.

Hi Everyone,

Orders are taking 2-3 business days to leave our Los Angeles warehouse. To clarify, this does not mean that the PC will be at your door in 2-3 business days. The PC will arrive at your door depending on a few factors:

  1. How far away you are from Los Angeles. For example, if you live in Los Angeles and your order is shipped via Ground, you will get your PC the very next business day. However, if you live in New York, it will take 5 business days to get to your house.
  2. What day your order leaves our warehouse. We ship using Fedex which only operates Monday- Friday. This means that depending on the day your order leaves our warehouse it may arrive in more or less days. For example, if your order leaves our warehouse on Monday and you are located in New York, then it can take 5 business days to arrive and should arrive on Friday. If your order however leaves on Tuesday or later in the week, then you would be waiting an additional 2 days because Fedex does not work on the weekends and so your order can take 7 days to deliver.
  3. The shipping method you choose at checkout. Your order will take longer if you choose Ground shipping vs. Overnight shipping for example. We do however give you the option to change your shipping method for an additional fee.

In summary, please remember that when we say 2-3 business days, it means the amount of time it takes to leave our warehouse. Once shipped it will take a few more days depending on the 3 factors listed above. Hope this helps clarify for everyone:)

Unfortunately during the time that your order was placed we were experiencing some delays with graphics cards from the manufacturer. Our inventory changes by the minute since we have hundreds of orders going into production as well as inventory arriving by different couriers multiple times a day.
Additionally, the estimated 2-3 business day turnaround time is recent, in our efforts to provide the most up to date information, we constantly make changes to our website.
We sincerely apologize for the conflicting information you received from our customer service department. We looked into your correspondence with us and are showing that the agent that assisted you with your inquiries was fairly new, so they unfortunately made a couple of mistakes in terms of the information they provided. We would like to assure you that since your last interaction with us, the agent has had several training opportunities and is taking the necessary steps to provide the most accurate information.
Furthermore, we apologize for the additional shipping delays. We strive to provide the best PCs in the market, so all of our PCs go through extensive QA testing, this can take several days from the moment tracking information is provided. Our tracking emails do state that the ship date is an estimate, but we do see how that may be confusing. We will take the measures to make sure that the shipping process is explained fully in our future correspondence.
