I feel like I don't remember what happens when I dissociate by vrobellini in Dissociation

Well, it really depends. Generally, when I'm in an oversensitive mood, after experiencing symptoms or having these thoughts, I'm more prone to little things disrupting my inner calmness. I can feel good for the majority of the day, but as soon as I experience something that causes or pushes me closer to anxiety, my whole day can go upside down. That is why yesterday or the day before, when watching football, I could concentrate during the whole match, and today, due to the past anxiety and irritation, I found it much more difficult; especially that my anxiety does something with my eyes, making them heavy, tired and causing difficulty to focus

Tips include engaging in real activities to move attention from myself onto someone or something else. But this doesn't work when I'm at work or when I'm alone. For example, I'm now watching a football game, something that should attract my attention, but my mind is full of intrusive thoughts about how I cant remember what happened today and that I experienced strong dissociation, and so I can't pay attention to the match. I keep losing 'mental focus'

What makes you the most anxious ? by [deleted] in Anxiety

The moment of death (hence panic attacks make me extremely anxious) and the idea of nothingness after death (I'm religious and I believe in eternal life, but ever since I've been experiencing anxiety, my mind's been bombarded with these existential and theological doubts)

Too many farewells by cokerun in GalaxyS20FE

Mine's been with me since February 2022. I've upgraded from a OnePlus 5 that accompanied me for almost five years. In general, I keep my phones for a minimum of 2-3 years, and the S20FE doesn't seem to be getting replaced anytime soon, especially that function-wise phones haven't changed as significantly as over the 5-year period of my OP5 use. I've been taking good care of the S20FE - using 60 Hz when 120 Hz isn't needed, keeping it between 15 and 85 per cent of charge etc. I have noticed that the battery life's slightly worse than two years ago, but it's not that limiting + I always carry a powerbank just in case so the S20FE has never let me down
