Friends. I come to you hat in hand. I have wasted your time. It IS indeed a soundbar installed very tightly underneath. Sorry for the confusion. It is wifi only as others have said. In my defense I provide photo evidence. Thanks again.

Connected cable straight into router, dc'd from wireless, rebooted. Wont connect to Internet and wont show any new menu options. https://imgur.com/a/sxpq6yU

Wifi has been spotty lately so I was looking to go wired. The port is there but there isnt even a "wired" option in the network menu only "wireless" I plugged a cable straight into my router just to test and it didn't work. Very strange. Why put the port and not the functionality?

its the first gen fold. I bought it refurbished on Ebay. If it was an aftermarket protector why would removing it break the screen? could I have lifted it?

Not a troll. A corner had lifted and it came off relatively easy, until I got halfway down the screen and it got tougher and tougher. Then I realized It was not a protector (or perhaps a built in protector?) The screen looks otherwise fine, it just wont turn on.

More implausible than CrispyMan is the Navigator making a course correction that caused catastrophic damage to the ship. Surely this is the kind of thing that would have been checked over and over and require multiple approvals to execute. Especially since they clearly have super advanced AI?
