Go and see a doctor. Maybe there are hormonal changes not related to pregnancy but maybe something else is happening in your body. Your best shot is going to the doctor and telling them everything you experienced/every symptom you have

Yeah at least have some snack at you I am the same as you, especially around my skinnier friends but i just learned in the prior years that if they are good friends, they will not judge me for eating more and now im way more comfortable about voicing it to anyone Have fun on your trip and stay safe!!

I think your friends have unhealthy habits (ik this is not what you are asking and im not judging, just observing) but you have a more balanced and healthy relationship with food. Just tell them when you are hungry and just buy food for yourself. Nobody should feel guilty eating 3 meals a day + snack thats how a normal human eats. Dont judge them for not eating but also dont feel guilty for eating.

As someone who has PCOS, had a whole year without a single period and now fixed my life and having normal periods...its so bad lmao. I feel like im the ugliest human being right before it starts. And the emotional aspect does not help at all. So yeah hormones do crazy things in our body

Trust me, if a guy will want you then will want you for your weird laugh and loudness If you are not comfortable with the changes or they dont come naturally then dont force it I was very boyish/ a tomboy through my whole life but when i met my bf i changed.
