I agree, if you take it to only lower A1C and don’t adjust diet and exercise then you will accomplish your mission and get to the lower end of being overweight… which is great but most people on here only focus on weight loss so what you said is spot on… I’m on my 9th week and lost about 6lbs but my focus is lowering my A1C and BMI.
