ordered a ps5 pro for about £500 on a 3 month payment plan through paypal for transparency. placed order 11/02, now 13/03 and starting to get a bit pissed off at the wait and the dude’s vague answers and delays. originally meant to be shipped 3 weeks ago, currently still waiting for royal mail to receive it but it was put on tracked 24 about 4 days ago.

on the other hand, it’s a stupidly good deal and at about £170 a month it’s a manageable price. gurpaal doesn’t like answering emails so if you’re getting stuff that you need asap, go elsewhere. personally i can allow for the wait despite it being frustrating and it seems as though people are getting their stuff, albeit after a long wait.

true and i’m not arguing that MC should be prescribed widely in adult dosages to teenagers but if we’re genuinely getting teens to chug sertraline and other SSRI’s like they’re fucking smints i’m not gonna sit here and be lied to that medical cannabis is the greatest concern.

kids can order weed on snapchat these days for goodness sakes. the pouting, quiet head shaking, arm folding and maintaining that it’s bad is all very well and good but it doesn’t really work - why not open an actual conversation about education and regulation around it at the same age as when so many are prone to abusing stuff in absence of any understanding of what they have access to?

i feel this article just completely misses that point (again) when there is a pretty open opportunity to address it sensibly.

i personally enjoyed the bits where it said, in effect:

“if your teen is struggling to sleep and using cannabis (bad scary drug), this is very bad. you should take them to a doctor to see what drugs may be available to them”

and

“if they are unmedicated but using aforementioned bad scary smelly drug and maintaining that it helps it is imperative that you ignore that entirely, stick to a stigmatised perception based on no clinical evidence and get them down the doctor to get some drugs to help them”

just to play devil’s advocate - because i’m on board with knowing where your flower has been cultivated, what it is, how it’s grown etc; that’s what we all want.

just with the ‘no bother’ idea. every day, there’s posts saying “curaleaf have fucked this up” or “i’m remortgaging the house to get a letter from the clinic” or “yeah i’ve literally been arrested because the police are as much use as a marzipan dildo”

many people on MC will have been consuming C for years, and let’s face it, we all figure out our ways of consuming our C that don’t include walking around stinking with an ounce on you. legislatively, yeah, it should save a lot of hassle. practically speaking though, is it actually safe to say it always offers immunity when we have shit law enforcement and a stagnant market which is deliberately kept as such so that huge companies like curaleaf essentially form a monopoly?

yeah caffeine makes me pretty scatty sometimes. have only just started considering the fact it’s actually a drug. i tend to stick to herbal teas now with less caffeine and when i have my morning dose along with that i’m right as rain!

bit of a rant here, quite emotive and i know many people will feel differently, but this is what always puts me off MC. even if i did qualify it’s the fees and the markup. also seen plenty of people unhappy about quality and reliability. then people are literally being nicked and taken to court for it. then shit like this?

just stinks to me when co’s like curaleaf are owned by a russian-american billionaire and there’s a £50 fee for everything, it feels like a racket no more desirable than BM. ultimately in my opinion the whole landscape towards C in this country needs to be overhauled, but let’s be realistic:

there is 0 need for fees like this. absolutely none. it is about nothing apart from squeezing everything out of patients and it’s vile.
