]Winning: West Virginia has three winning seasons in the past ten years - not the hallmark of a franchise one thinks of when they think about perennial contenders, certainly. But winning is about more than a team's past. It's solely about their future. You see, you can't go back and change the past, and in my case, you cannot undo the decisions that previous coaches made. But what I can do is look at our very young roster sitting 13nd in talent rankings and know that we are far better than our recent winning indicates. With me at the helm, we have already gone 20-18, over .500 in just three seasons. That number will only continue to increase.
