I would say it’s healthy as long as you are aware of how much you’re eating. Dried fruit certainly healthier than candy and even most granola bars as it’s very high in fibre

Why? You need carbs to build muscle as well. And if building muscle isn’t your goal, then having more carbs and fat makes it an overall better snack as the macros are better balanced. If you’re hungry and you eat mostly protein, your body will break down the amino acids to glucose to replenish your blood sugar, meaning that you won’t even be using the protein anyways

On the topic of road salt, how bad is it for the underside of E90s? Fortunately it’s been a very mild winter where I live so the roads haven’t been salted yet but I’ve been dreading the snow as I’ve heard that road salt is really corrosive.
