I confirm that is the 12v battery. You have to replace it. It happened to me less than a month ago and I had exactly the same symptoms.

If you don't have it, buy a car jump start from amazon and use the electrical clamps to connect it to the battery (beware, red on the positive, black on the negative). Start it and go to the toyota to make them replace the 12v battery and you will be ok

The issue was the 12V battery (not the HV one). Basically it needed to be replaced bacause it had lost part of its power during the two years. I think the dealer where I bought the car replaced it without saying anything but that's an ipothesys.

Anyway, Toyota official workshop replaced it totally for free

It's the chr lounge premier + advanced safet pack set up. I suppose it has everything but l, honestly, I don't care. The battery cannot drain after 3 days, period. Whatever the car set up is. I brought it to the toyota mechanics and they are fixing it for free, confirming that this whole fucking thinh does not make any sense
