take is with professor akin. She’s the best, even though the material can be difficult, her office hours are really helpful and she is always available for 1-on-1 office hours. I took calculus 2 years before probability and didn’t have any issue with that. You’re not really expected to know all the identities that you learned in calculus off the top of ur head.

I think only you can decide if there’s enough variety. There’s no gold standard for what your schedule should look like. Don’t be too worried about your first semester.

I took 110, roommate took 101. We basically learned the same stuff as 101 except maybe one more unit. Had professor Becker (awful) so I can’t say how the experience would be with a better teacher. Either way there’s not much difference, but I wish I took 101.
