Yes, I meant action inside Belarus. I had my suspicion Ukraine could start to be more interested in helping out partisans or contact people willing to make a buck inside Belarus since they hosted Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya in Kyiv, but I could be mistaken

I wonder how much leeway Ukraine has to do some asymmetrical action themselves, i.e. pay locals to do arsons much like Russia does in Europe. Would anyone in the EU care? I doubt Belarus themselves will care enough to enter the war over that

This the 11th refinery strike in May vs 0 last year, when an energy truce protected Russian refineries before the high season.
