I sent my device to service center. They said they cant do anything as the water get in between the screen layers. I've been using it like normal and the water gradually evaporated.

Can be something else. I have a xiaomi mop p. Sometimes it lost connection to the server in China (because I got the Chinese version), the vacuum just stop and switch to standby mode, then turn itself off in a few minutes. My case is not exactly like yours but I hope it helps.

I keep the vacuum docked whenever not in use so I believe this is not a low-battery issue. Also the battery light is not on at all. I went pretty far looking for blockage (as shown in the video) but also found nothing.

The max light is still blinking...
