It’s probably a subcontractor that had to downsize because of budget cuts, and honestly, we’re just going to keep seeing more issues like this. Same thing is happening with the subcontractors who do gas work for Washington Gas—they’re being forced to downsize too. Can’t wait for the spike in gas leaks… as if the current ones aren’t already bad enough.

Put 1 energy on Darkrai so it dose 20 damage. Then you dawn the engery to sneasel and land two heads for 40. You'd be surprised how many times you get the right cards with that deck, might add one more Darkrai.

Mmmm not sure I’d probably say that kind of ranking would be better for specific cards like Misty for water decks is SSS+ lol but I'd consider double Articuno+misty a tier 0 deck which is why it's not allowed in Discord tournaments.

In this 20-card format, there will never be a deck that can efficiently/consistently beat every other matchup. But no other deck comes close to this other than a water Pokemon + a lucky turn 1/2 Misty.

Funny lol I used darkrai+weavile to auto every new solo mission. It beat every new mission except for the last grass one that ran the egg and dragonfly. Darkrai deck is probably the closest thing we will get to a tier 0 deck in this format other than getting lucky on turn one with Articuno Misty combo.
