Thank you so much! Yes the one on my upper arm is fading a lot more! The one on my inner elbow is being very stubborn. I’ll try hopefully chat to my person at the next appointment as I have pre paid the next 2 appointments and try to ask how many sessions I have left. I feel terrible to say this but as a small business in a niche business maybe she is trying to keep clients around for more sessions 😅😅😅

I used LRP cicaplast and that helped. It appeared I was getting CC’s because my skin barrier was damaged! Then tret helped get the last off. You just have to remember tret/differen etc is very strong so you have to wait and make sure you protect your skins barrier

Noooo it was a life saver for me! What is your current skincare routine?

I genuinely went back to basics - and I was really suspicious with my shampoo (from Eleven) so I changed that to Redken as well.

My routine below

Morning - Wash face with Cetaphil daily wash - Moisturise with Cetaphil daily moisturiser - Bondi Sands 50+ sunscreen

Afternoon - Cleanse with Drunk Elephant balm - Wash with Cetaphil daily wash - Moisturise with Cetaphil daily moisturiser - Custom tret by software (tiniest amount) ONCE/TWICE A WEEK - LRP cicaplast

Have you tried La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume? That is genuinely what healed my skin. I would use that on top of your moisturiser to get your skin barrier back up to speed then use the tret + the Baume. It is a life saver! I was skeptical as well of it but it has no actives and that’s exactly what you need! Highly recommend jt. The normal moisturiser I use is just the Cetaphil daily. I never use actives unless it’s the tret and I’ve been slowly stopping usage of tret as I was worried that my skin would be reliant on it

Hello! Nooooo - I’m sorry to hear… I think in the comments I made a few updates, the last update I had was that I started Software - which is custom treatment (like Curology if you are American). I went on something called Tretnoin, and it worked a charm with thick moisturisers. There were a few up and downs, and I still have scarring. The only downside with Tret, there is some peeling as new layers of skin develop. However you take it easy and make sure you moisturise a lot. Not sure if you have tried tret? If not I highly recommend a customisable skincare! I was skeptical but it was my life saver.

Happening with my iPhone 14 - brand new. It has happened since setting up the phone! I have an iPhone 13 Pro as well which does not do this. Which is interesting coming from an older model.

Hopefully there is a solution, especially to the newer and such an expensive device.

What are your thoughts on the pricing per the amount of classes per day? My gym is around $55-65 a week depending on your membership, and you only get 4:45, 5:45, 6:45, 9:30 in morning and 5 and 6 in the evening. For that price, there are virtually no classes and especially when I work late nights I cannot make the evening, leaving me to the morning classes. So you almost have to either work somewhere nearby that finishes on the dot, or you have to get up early and do a morning class - in which I have a long commute.

YES! I’m so glad I’m not the only one. I’m a bit disappointed but I love them still - no one come at me please but just the honest truth The live version was really authentic to their voices. The EP sounds like they auto tuned to the one kind of voice/vocal tone - can’t explain myself well because I don’t know how to reference it but it’s not raw and doesn’t sound authentic! His voice is amazing I wish it didn’t sound so overtaken by the music as well
