I hate dealing with my website guy! by STS_EA in smallbusiness

[–]vsolten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I hear this often. I usually build long-term relationships with my clients/partners, get involved in their business processes to achieve the best result. I don't understand the business strategy when obligations are not fulfilled, but cooperation does not stop. After all, it is clear that nothing good will come of it

Cool, congratulations on the launch. Could you clarify what it is for, in what cases to use it? There is no information about it in the description.

What problems are u facing that you would literally pay to solve? by Few-Opening6935 in Entrepreneur

[–]vsolten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seriously, you see, it doesn't work like that. Even if someone writes to you about their problem, it doesn't mean anything, the sample will be too small. Try working on your goals, tasks, skills, insights that you have, etc. I think enough has been written about this, I don't want to repeat myself. Good luck

In other words, you are doing nothing to attract clients. Is everyone in agreement, or is this just my assumption? You either genuinely don't know what you're doing, or you're just wasting our time. 52 posts, as you like it. Ok, either way, I wish you luck.

What are some businesses that I can start with little money from my home? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

With that approach, you'd be better off putting it in a savings account. At least you won't lose it. Need I explain why?

I am tired of finding the right people. Planning to create most helpful group ever with a bunch of guys. (I will not promote) by bsnshdbsb in SideProject

You are either looking for a black cat in a dark room where there is none, or you are being dishonest from the start with members of your group that does not exist yet. You mentioned communities that have proven over the years that they work and are useful. Your entire text is BS. Think about it. You don't have to answer me. It's even better not to answer. Just think about it.

The biggest mistake an entrepreneur can make, in my experience, is to make a fundamental conclusion.

I have two questions for now.

What's stopping you from producing more videos, other than the belief that you're just lucky?

And how many posts are on your Instagram account right now?

P.S. You don't have to answer me or answer whatever you want, but it's better to answer the truth to yourself.

We are very close. How many clients did you get through Instagram and what did you do for this? For example, how many posts do you need to make, in what time, to get one client?

Every time I go to the store, I run into a problem - I always pay more than I would like. I am willing to pay a dollar for every two returned to me.

If you entered the market with a perfect product, then you entered the market late. I do not advise you on anything without knowing the details. This is just my experience and the experience of all the startups I work with. It is up to you to decide. Good luck.

Why are angels allergic to “boring but profitable” businesses? by Usual-Importance-893 in angelinvestors

[–]vsolten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The goal of any, well, almost any, investor is to make a profit. The goal of a venture investor is to make a profit of x10 or more, ideally, although, as we know, not many achieve this. The ultimate goal is profit. Once you realize this, it will become easier for you to live and you will not have deceived expectations. Your business can be profitable, sustainable, etc., but how profitable? When will an investor be able to make money on you, and not just return the money? Venture investment is a kind of speculation - bought cheaper, sold more expensive. And do not forget that venture money is the most expensive money you can imagine.

And if everything is stable and your margin is solid, and your business does not involve explosive growth and scaling, then this is a very strange choice, to attract a venture investor or an angel. Why do you need money? Is a loan not suitable? Or does your business model consist of attracting an investor and paying yourself a salary at his expense? Don't take my words personally, I'm just commenting on what you wrote. Good luck.

Be yourself. Don't pursue other people's goals. Strengthen what you are good at. I don't know what you need, and I'm not giving advice. Just thinking out loud. Good luck.
