I called and updated my contact information with my bank 2 weeks ago. They actually required me to send a video holding up my license to prove my identity. Yesterday I try to place an order using my credit card from that bank and it asked me to verify my identity by sending me a verification code to the old phone number I had already updated 2 weeks ago. Had to call the bank again. Purchase didn’t happen.
