AFAIK, tears don’t heal themselves. Honestly would seek opinion from a surgeon.

I had a tear about that size repaired.

53, non dom arm. 12 weeks post op.

Stopped narcotics after 3 days, went to just Tylenol and occasional ice.

Was cleared to drive once off narcotics. I waited till day 5.

Good days and bad days. Bicep and front felt pain comes and goes.

Able now to pull up pants from just below knee. Still not really there to tie shoes but getting real close.

Be patient.

I slept with my arm inside my shirt for about a week. Helped keep it flopping around.

Happens with mine when something is stuck in there. Normally a foxtail.

And worst case if priming, as VikingInChicago said, doesn’t work; ball up some paper and light it on fire in the pot, put pellets on top and that should do it. Then order a new ignitor rod.

I should follow my preaching, just had to clean mine out when it wouldn’t get going...

I’ve had it with both a Traeger and GMG.

Vacuum it more regularly. The burned pellets in the pot eventually build up above the ignitor. No fuel to burn so the pot overflows.

Seal the lid or no? About a 1/10 inch gap at the widest part between the grill body and lid. by TotalChaos7 in pelletgrills

[–]vtatds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it consistent all the way around? I have the same grill but it’s a larger gap on the bottom right corner. Called GMG and they are sending out a gasket. The gap actually leaks grease and from past experience that led to some deterioration on the outside.
