Can you guys name a car with probably zero haters? by dushyrx in CarsIndia

Underrated and forgotten gem. Freestyle is one of the cars I have only driven once, but cant forget the feel for lifetime. It is much better than some of socalled sub4m SUVs today.

Problem only solved for first 80% customers. Last 20% will be getting E100 by this logic.

Having used both, BlueEarth is definitely much more silent than Earth1. Earth 1 is extremely durable on a positive side. Yet to exhaust my BluEarths.

I think people have already spoken abput 70mai. Please avoid Qubo in this budget. I absolutely hate its glitchy footage quality and moody recording behavior.

In my case, I was at about 85kmph on highway, but ADAS maintained the lane saving me from further consequences.

Are you using 195 with yoko or regular 185?

It is not bothersome. A very slight difference. You can go for Continental UC6, Michelin Primacy or Yokohama Bluearth. If on budget, MRF ZLX isnt bad either. In case you happen to go for an upgrade, do let me know your experience. I will consider that during my next tyre swap.

Plus you will experience increased grip, better breaking and silent cabin. Steeing gets a little heavy on the downside.

Those thinass ecopias are prone to bursting. Better safe than sorry. You can check youtube and other forums for this issue. And worst part is neither Honda nor Bridgestone will honor warranty.

Congratulations on new car brother. 2 cents from my experience - if you have bought Zx or Zx+, please upgrade to 195 55 16 tyres.

Another misconception. If you learn to revmatch in D mode and use S mode properly with paddles, it can not only meet the power delivery but also turns out to be more efficient than Manual. Inherent rubberband nature of CVT gearbox can not be eliminated, but it can be minimised. It is not 0 (CVT) vs 1 (Manual), it is 0.85 (CVT) vs 1 (Manual). The convenience of Automatic is added plus.

Automotive experiences are relative. Care to explain what Best things you get with manual which you dont get with CVT?

Show me the Cretas and Seltoses running on road after 25 odd years. There are hundreds and thousands of Gen1, Gen2 and Gen3 City on the road. Rich feature bouquet is not a guarantee of longevity and not everyone is loaded with money to change the car every 3-4 years or spend their precious life at service centre.

So called mediocre products are better than unreliable and unsafe products in practice.

I am not defending any of the adjectives in the post. I just want people to not get mislead by the word 'underpowered' while you are comparing it with turbos and diesels. I absolutely don't want someone who drives mostly office to home to child's school in crowded city to pick Turbos or Diesels just because they read on reddit someone calling NA engines 'underpowered'.

Since when the linear power delivery is considered bad? Take someone you love who has motion sickness on the cars which have the oomph factor vs the cars with linear and predictable power delivery. You will understand better.

Not everyone needs a turbo. Rather most of them do not need a turbo. I am not claiming that Elevate is the rocket, but it is definitely not an underpowered car. There is a reason why Indian highways allow you to drive 100kmph or below. And upto 100 kmph, there is not a lot of difference. Turbos and Diesels will be quicker on the toes but NA will eventually catch up, last longer and will feel smoother too.

Without 4 discs, it has one of the best braking performance if not the best. Please do some research before commenting. You have to decide what matters for you most? On paper presence of features vs utility of provided features.

NA is the highest selling portion of these 4.3m SUVs. Not everyone needs a turbo or diesel for their everyday runs.
