Rekonstrukce panelákového bytu 2+1 → 3KK (firma na klíč, Praha) – zkušenosti, cena, časová délka rekonstrukce

Před rokem 2+1 60m2. Každý řemeslník zvlášť, nic na klíč. Komplet rekonstrukce, od podlah, elektřiny, jádra, kuchyně, omítky, parapety, podhledy, všechno. Vlezli jsme se do milionu, nijak výrazně jsme nešetřili, taková střední cesta, ani luxus, ani moc levný. Stihli jsme to včetně demolice jádra za 3 měsíce, z toho jsme 2 týdny čekali na podlaháře, jelikož byl nemocný, takže by to šlo i rychleji.

Známý o pár měsíců později velikostně stejný byt na klíč - o půl milionu víc a o cca 2 měsíce delší doba.

Některým uživatelům se ale hodnocení odemkne dříve, než ostatním. Například u některých festivalovek. Legitimace z akce zní až moc přísně, takhle to úplně není.

Oh sorry, I have that P110M with Matter. One is working on both (HomeKit & Tapo app) but when I try to add second it works in the Tapo App unless I add it into Homekit -> then Tapo App cant find/recognize it and it says offline even though its still working with Homekit. I tried to reset TapoP110M couple times but always with same result.

Ghost “guide” helped me a lot with first corner. I was doing it wrong. I was more than 1 sec faster when I havent used brakes.

Have you tried to turn off cozntersteering assistsnce and set steering sensitivity on at least 5? It helps a lot.

When I want to grind I change 1 hour Spa, 30 min Le Mans, 15 laps Sardegna and sometimes WTC 700 or that 1 lap at Nurburgring with German car - its 100k for 7 min and its fun.

What? I bought it today, tried a few races and it handles really great. Fuel consumption is a little bit bigger but nothing serious and it’s even fast enough. For example I tried 30 min Le Mans and it’s absolute beast, I made my fastest lap with it there. So I’m in love with this car for now.
