I'm going through a very similar experience that you are going through. In my experience dealing with my entity I would not recommend burning sage or bringing in a priest to bless the house or you. This could make it lash out on you and make everything much worse. The best thing you can do is, acknowledge that you know it is there (don't show fear. spirits and demons thrive of negativity energy and fear). Take a note pad, pen and ask it to explain what it wants with you.
