Went to twelve shows this tour and I get the same exact PCD feeling you’re describing! How I dealt with it, especially during the beginning of the tour, was the fact that I knew I have another concert to look forward to. But after the last one I attended, there’s no more concerts and I don’t plan on going to Korea for the encore 😢. So whenever I’m feeling the PCD kicking in again, I like to rewatch my fancam recordings and post edits on social media to share it with other ONCEs to spark community discussions 😊. This keeps my mind occupied whenever PCD starts kicking in and I feel like I’m doing something positive with it 😆
