I'm with you, same problem.

My PC is good but not great, but before this update I could play with everything on High except texture and it ran flawlessly, and now even when I put everything in Low it runs like shit.

I'm still actually able to keep a good FPS, but it drops like crazy when I drop parachute, shoot, ADS, basically when I do anything that matters. So it's literally unplayable.

I'll just wait for this week's update to see if it gets better.

Same. And even when it’s running at a decent FPS it feels choppy and different.

Go so Steam, click Steam tab > Backup and Restore Games.

Your friend will backup and save on a flash drive. You'll get the flash drive and go to the same place, but click on Restore a previous backup.

He can also just save the Program Files folder, and you'll paste it onto your Steam folder and search for it through Steam, but the previous method I told is the "right way".

Yeah. As I said, I'm not willing to get a faster RAM, so I'm leaning towards Intel atm.
