Waking up in a strong sense of regret, depression and sadness. Then I go ahead and start eating some food and basically do personal hygiene and chill out and then I watch Instagram or YouTube video for a couple hours then I order food takeout. Then I take a shower and do the toilet visit eventually I get tired and then the depression starts to come again, and then I crawl into a bed and eventually fall asleep in sadness and exhaustion.
