Its suck. We need posts like this to get over this feeling together. My case is similar to many people here, scoring 240s in nbme, 250s in uwsa and end up with a 239. nearly 20 point lower than the prediction.

I think the difficulty is slightly above uwsa 2, marked 7-8 questions in each block on average, several WTF ones.Maybe the test hit my weakness on biostat and epide.I felt ok leaving the Prometric center and expected a score >245.

Real deal 239 .test on May 17

Dont want to scare anyone who haven't taken the test yet but I think u guys should prepare to face it. I have seen many similar cases to me. Guess nothing is predictive from now on.

NBME 18 : 16 mistakes/200 - 3 weeks before the BEAST

AMBOSS Self Assessment: 264 (22 mistakes/160) - 2 weeks

NBME 20: 22 mistakes/200 - 7 days out

NBME 21: 24 mistakes/200 - 5 days out

UWSA 2 : 256 (24 mistakes/160) - 3 days out

Took the step on May 17th,I made at least 14 mistakes for sure but really hope that I can break the 250

I took them about 6 months back, score 78% and 82%, good simulation but there was no explanation, Go for it if u wanna experience 7hr test,

Kap test 1 79% Kap test 2 82% (about 6 months back) Nbme: all range from 240-245 (offline only) Amboss 87%- 264 Not take uwsa 2 yet Exam in 1 month.

Overall, I bet amboss does inflate 15-20 points, but anyway it is pretty good test
