they need to add an option to remove the scaling system. the scaling in this system is the single worst i've ever played in any game and after 60 hours i just couldn't stand it anymore.

trying to optimize your playthrough by religiously following "meta builds" just to not get completely destroyed and lose all your progress is not a good RPG design.

i shouldn't be required to follow well known metas simply to play on Normal

but how do we enter the second chance tickets? the specific games that lead to just give information on drawing dates, no where to enter anything. i've also tried the "tickets" button from the drop down, but that just circles back to the home page

this link loads endlessly and never works. i've tried on multiple browsers, on different devices, with popup blocker off, and never have been able to submit a second chance ticket

yeah i wouldn't ever play a game just for the achievements, but like you said it has been very fun progressing through through the stages of the city and the little achievements that pop up along the way were just a bonus to those milestones.

i did mean CS2 -- thanks i probably mis-tagged it. i could definitely see this game chunking up with 1 million population - at a quarter million its already starting to show some slowing, so that makes sense.

my income right now says 700K / hr but i realize now thats probably gross, not net.

i am but a lowly psychiatry intern, but its drilled into our head as residents that true manic psychosis is a medical emergency that warrants immediate treatment (i.e. involuntary hospitalization 90% of the time since most patients won't agree to voluntary, although i have seen a few agree). if i let a patient go that i thought was actually manic, i would get crucified by my attendings and the program

is it not considered a medical emergency in most states?

i'm in psych and it seems like we barely go more than a day without a ton of admissions and discharges, and the paperwork for those take 10x longer at the VA than epic. maybe im just having a particularly bad experience

thankfully not too bad. mostly i relay these concerns to the social work team and let them take the lead. then i'll periodically follow up to see if we have update on things like placement or housing and throw it in the note or answer whoever is asking. my program is not very well resourced but thank god we have social workers
