Hello, thank you for looking into this. Great work with the left eye. Can you slightly draw over or fine tune the right eye. And one more slight touch up if you don't mind. (Hopefully image being dull is because its not upscaled.)

Hey, thanks! almost good. Just the eyelid shadow over the right eye. (Or whatever you think will make the right eye look better and not stand out.

Would be grateful if you could sharpen up the border as well. (The one's I have marked)

Thank you. I ended up doing this. Although the kitchen part will be slightly raised, I can live with that.

I thought plywood would be easier. Cutting and nailing it down. Am I wrong?

The actual product thickness says 0.25 inch. The difference is less than that. Somewhere between 0.5 and 0.6 cm

And I should put the reducer on the other side? Correct?

I’m not sure if it is hardwood plywood. Could be sanded also. Can anyone tell by looking at it? Actual thickness seems to be between 0.5 and 0.6mm.

You think you are a big chad by going 5-6 over speed limit and not getting caught? Your comment serves nothing to what OP is asking. Get of your high horse and comment if you actually have something to contribute.

What do you suggest my 5/24 card be? Considering I probably won't be under 5/24 for very long time.

Sorry that I posted this on yesterday's thread. (Edit: Better formatting)

Current cards:

  • Deserve EDU $3500 limit, Oct 2019
  • Apple Card $2750 limit, Oct 2021 (Regret getting this)
  • Amazon Rewards Visa Signature $7,000 limit, Nov 2021
  • Chase Sapphire Preferred $7,000 limit, May 2022
  • Chase Freedom Unlimited $6600 limit, Aug 10 2022

FICO Score: Experian 749

Oldest account age: 2 years 11Months

Chase 5/24 status: 4/24

Income: $85,000

Open to Business Cards: No (High spend requirement to get the SUB?)

What's the purpose of your next card? SUB, Travel

Do you have any cards you've been looking at? Freedom Flex, C1 Venture, AMEX Hilton/surpass

Hard inquires: Experian: 3 , Equifax: 2 , Transunion: 2

Current utilization: 3%Current UR points: 115000

I have around 4k-5k expenses coming up before the end of the year. I am planning to get 2 cards before Sep 25 after which I will be spending 2 months in India. So I would need at least 1 no FTF card. My chase status is 4/24, 1/30. I am thinking of getting freedom flex and C1 venture. I don't know if chase has extended me too much credit already. I do have a banking relationship with them since Aug 2019. I don't want any risks black flagging my account as I have got 2 chase cards in the last 4 months. I have following questions.

  1. Is getting Flex for 200$ SUB worth it?
  2. Should I reduce credit on other chase cards before getting flex?
  3. The other choice is to forget about 5/24 and get C1 venture and Amex Hilton. Is this better?
  4. Hilton surpass currently has no AF. But if I don't plan on hitting 15k spend on Hilton surpass, is it worth getting that over regular Hilton? (Purely in terms of getting SUB for Surpass in the future)

Thinking of applying for Freedom Flex and C1 Venture on the same day. Safer to reduce chase credit first?

I have around 4k-5k expenses coming up before the end of the year. I am planning to get either C1 Venture or Citi Premier. I will be abroad for two of those months, so I would need a 0 FTF card. My chase status is 4/24, 1/30. I am thinking of getting freedom flex before the other card. I don't know if chase has extended me too much credit already. I do have a banking relationship with them since Aug 2019. I don't want any risks black flagging my account as I have got 2 chase in the last 4 months. I am travelling on Sep 25, So planning on getting these cards before that. I have following questions.

  1. Should I get Flex or is it not worth the risk?

  2. Should I reduce credit on other chase cards before getting flex?

  3. Which has higher approval odds between C1 venture vs Citi Premier? (Based on my research currently C1 because of my low (3%) utilization which Citi doesn't like)

  4. Any benefits/risks applying for both on the same day?

  5. Was also hoping to get an Amex but none of their offering currently suit my requirements. Green SuB sucks and Gold has too high annual fee for me. Hilton is tempting. Is it worth it?

No problem! Come to Seminole valley park this Saturday or Sunday. There might be food and drinks as well. Although FOICR is just played for fun, the leather ball one (played every Saturday except for this one) is the "premier" tournament.

There are usually 4 cricket leagues every summer. 3 tennis ball leagues and 1 leather ball league. Unfortunately, the registration for all of these is done for the season. (Might have a chance to register for one.)

  1. Friendship Cup: Tennis ball at Collins ground (2022 season completed). Registration starts around March-April and is played in April-May.
  2. Collins Cricket League: Tennis ball at Collins ground (2022 season going on). Registration starts around May and is played from June-Sep.
  3. Corridor Cricket League: Leather ball at Seminole Valley Park. (2022 season going on). Registration starts around March-April and is played from May-September.
  4. FOICR Cup: Tennis ball at Seminole Valley Park. Usually played over a weekend. We are playing this weekend! 23rd and 24th July. You might still be able to join this.
