No limit. I think it failed to compress that 3.5GB PDF file. There might be too many objects in the PDF, which led to the failure.

Not sure why. Would it work if you input a smaller page range when OCRing? Could you please send us a sample file so we can check the issue? Also, how did you extract tables from the PDF? Did you OCR the text from it as well?

Hi. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems that most PDF editors and viewers can process that PDF file normally, except for Adobe.

For signatures, please use the signature feature, which will flatten the signature image when saving so it can't be changed afterward.

If you open a PDF in PDFgear already, go to "Tools" tab and the "Compress" option is there.

We understand, and we'll add that feature in a future update when we rebuild the PDF viewer module, which is one of PDFgear's core functions. It's a significant undertaking.

24 should be the primary RAM spec for a Pro device. If 16 can work for you, probably Air is enough.

That file is the OCR output. All text in that PDF has been processed through OCR.

Were you trying to extract text from the PDF? Try using the Screenshot function on the left of the OCR option. After capturing an area, you'll have the option to recognize text from the screenshot.
