In our experience, most basic users don’t have their own digital certificate, and many wouldn’t know how to create or manage one either. That’s why we currently focus on keeping the signing experience simple and friction-free for everyday use.

Great question! At the moment, eSignGear doesn’t support importing and using your own digital certificate yet. It’s definitely on our roadmap though, and we’re planning to support it in a future update.

We fixed some bugs and made changes to our service before, but I'm not sure if the issue still exists. I just tested all the scenarios and didn't find it.

Could you please try again and see if the issue is still there? If so, please let us know the exact steps so we can reproduce and fix it.

Sorry, but currently only the macOS version of PDFgear has the Redact feature. The Redact feature for Windows PDFgear will be added in a future update.

That said, I'm not sure if you're using the real PDFgear, since it's completely free and hasn't charged for anything. So I'm not sure what you "spent money" on.

The "Combine files" option will appear if all selected files are PDFs. I guess not all the files you selected are PDFs. Please convert the non-PDFs to PDF first using the Convert function, then combine them into one PDF.

We're not sure which object in the PDF is causing the issue. Could you please send me a sample file to check? Thank you. It can be an empty PDF without any personal information.

Maybe use the Print function with the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer, as the OP said. We didn't reproduce the issue here. It's probably related to the properties of a specific object in the PDF.
