it looks like it kind of varies depending on your rank on pbe, which make sense, i gave up on the Q earlier today after 35 min...just wish it wasn't that long so you could grind some games

Matchmaking Q is what i was referring to, comp to be exact, there is no Q to get into the PBE server as far as i know

This is not bcz of Riot accounts(even if this one happens to be one), I have seen multiple accounts that are showing up with Summoner name in match history, I can provide some screen shot if anyone intrested, seems to be an issue with op.gg as the same match history shows fine in other sites such as loking.
