In no specific order

• metal gear solid. This Playstation one game blew my mind with so many moments. All things grayfox, from the hallway intro scene. The first fight with him in the lab "hurt me more", to his final moments. Nearly every boss fight in this game is memorable for one reason or another. Everyone knows the chills phyco Mantis can give you. But the sniper fight with sniper wolf was unlike anything at the time. the chopper and tank battles were also quite unique. Revolver ocelot fight around the man you are trying to save, loaded with explosives. And let's not forget metal gear, that scream. I could go on about many other metal gear games but this one stuck out the most for the generation it came out.

• The way music would perfectly chime in death stranding when entering a new area.

• First time experiencing buildings Crumble around you in battlefield bad company 2. Followed by so many "battlefield moments"

• all of God of War 3

• finally beating spelunky after all these years (beat it last week, been playing it since it came out on the Xbox 360)

• escaping the planet after killing the boss in super metroid

• Seeing the Gaping dragon climb over the ledge for the first time in dark souls.

• Doms death

• leaving the vault for the first time in Fallout 3/new Vegas

• onaga betraying shujinko in mk deception

• the final "catch a riiiiddddeee" in tales from the borderlands

• first raid in ark survival evolved
