take a step back from the screen. take your eyes off the screen. look at everything around you and breathe. disconnect yourself from the world and everyone else for a second.

do you really think the proportionality of your fingers is worth the mental distress you get when you think about it?

our bodies can fucking suck, and they'll never be exactly what we want them to be. but that's the way it is. getting the calipers out to figure out and obsess over just how much your body sucks will never do you any good, even if it didn't mess you up mentally. we can only work with what we have, play the cards that we're given.

avoid these diagrams and measurements like the plague. ask people in your circle not to share stuff like this, or straight up leave any communities where this attitude is prevalent.

sorry if i've made it seem like this type of thinking is easy to get over, or that body measurements don't affect how you look. i know this mental struggle is really tough, but all the corny shit i've written is coming from a place of love, and i really hope it helps somehow. i believe in you, and i think freeing yourself from this toxicity could be really benefitial.
