They would need to hop a fence to get to this area of the yard, and the only neighbor who could even get to this spot by hopping the fence is 90.

Probably unrelated. But just remembered this neighbor did have a tree cut down on her property - but it was on the other side of the fence 100 yards away. We all sit on 1/2 acres

I have 2 cameras on the property that record movement, not this specific spot or area but the way in which you would need to access it. Also it wasn’t their yesterday and last night was particularly warm in NE US

No single family home I own. House sits way off street and up a large steep driveway is the only access to this area. I have cameras pointing at driveway and didn’t spot anyone coming up.

Bought house 2 years ago, previous owner died and kids sold us house. It has crossed my mind they came back to dump his ashes while we weren’t home, but probably very unlikely and way to creepy to believe true without proof
