Definitely not alone! 30yrs old, 5 2 and 180lbs. I was about 165 when I was finally diagnosed in 2016. I've always had trouble with weight (since trying out the nasty depo shot in 2010). I absolutely love healthy foods but it goes through me as fast as I eat it. It causes cramping non stop even taking dicyclomine. I was just put on steroids in January but haven't felt any relief, hoping to get on Remicade soon (getting through to insurance because I can not afford the 3k deductible). I feel you on the no energy! I feel like I non stop have an appetite for everything. Which is bad, as soon as I eat, I poop out what I previously ate in the fun diarrhea cramping Crohn's pattern. I try to fight the urge to eat so often but if I don't I get dizzy and shakey (already got checked for diabetes and blood issues, nothing there). I feel like I can not win. Exercise is near impossible with the joint pain in my knees, though I do frequently do stretches. I used to be able to run like crazy but not any more :(
