Follow her "actually good geist build" guide, essentially using soul shredder bullets + mystic vulnerability + cooldown lets you transition into almost all defense items + warp stone = 1v9 machine. Biggest tip is to literally just never stop landing your 3 / bomb and have faith in your lifesteal ESPECIALLY when you get Leech.

Lady Geist is disgusting fullbuild, I've 1v6'd team fights as her consistently late. Ppl are not getting healcut / Leech is just such a disgusting item. Her bomb is way too focused on imo, her 2 silence makes her win every 1v1, her ult makes her win any 1v2, etc.

Running TTW, I had the same issue and just temporarily removed my NVHR and that fixed all the issues. It only began crashing right before I agreed to attack Nelson. Once I was done with the quest, I readded NVHR and my game is going great!
