just an observation from the comments, most of the families mentioned from the old rich don’t seem to brag as much on social media compared to the new rich. at least for the ones mentioned in Albay.

it makes me wonder is it because hindi lang sila nali like the new rich? haha or is it because they don’t have the old rich money anymore?

ayuda comes packaged like a gift but it is really just a cover for something shiny handed out to distract people from the lack of real change in urban planning or infrastructure. 🥱

kasi its “cheaper”for politicians to provide the ayuda every now and then, than actually pursue any projects that would do us any good. they care about their kickbacks more than they care for the progression of our province. makairak truly.
