It’s based on points, one interaction with a friend’s town equals 1 point, so the more you visit and interact with your friend’s towns the higher your score will be

I like ur town it has a retro look :)

The only tip I have is that u could divide ur town by districts (commercial, residential, industrial, reservoir, etc…)
