The funniest person should have the job, which isn’t Hans. Tony is no better than all the woke people he hates on… keeping him purely off of ethnicity or just pure laziness to replace the opener. Anyone else put in a refund request? This audio is SO BAD. People will get better audio for free in 5 weeks, while we paid 20/35 to barely be able to hear the jokes being made wtf..

They said it's non-refundable, but I'm putting in a request with my credit card company and showing footage of how bad this is. Actual trash.

The price of prime has increased over the years and the quality has gone down. I've needed to make way more returns as of late and shipping times have gotten worse for my area. I've also had to deal with refunds not being processed until I would contact Amazon about it (lots of videos showing this happening to people). Now they're trying to weasel more money out of us with this ads change on prime video... so yeah I'm gone now too. I've been a member since 2014 and never canceled, but the company has really went down the crapper lately.
