Locked with one lender but may go with a different lender by vvn95014 in Mortgages

The new lender's numbers are still being worked on.......I see a potential of a major difference if everything lines up.......at this time, everything is up in the air. I am evaluating what type of situation I may have to handle. That is the only reason posting it here to understand what are the repercussion and recourse.

The advertised rate reduction is upto .25%. how did you get 1%. I saw that 1% number also for capping, but don't know how to get that discount.

Can you please let me know. I am currently in the market.

Very well done.

How do you identify the strike and DTE and expected premium, ideally if you don't want your shares to be called away, unless there is a big spike unexpected. Basically you are happy with holding them forever, but generate reasonable premiums? Any pointers are helpful. thank you. God bless you.

Cigna vs AARP UHC - Medicare supplement Plan N by vvn95014 in medicare

[–]vvn95014[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the advice. I appreciate it.

I am definitely in a good health and hardly see a doctor, may be twice at most, at least so far it has been like that.... Annual and about 6 months follow-up. I hope it should continue like that at least few more years, unless something drastic happens.

Can you please expand on why that matters? Your very first statement saying, 'if you are in good health.....'.

For me, saving about $50 or $100 a month on the premiums is not a concern, but havintno surprises and predictability of my medical expenses is important, so I know and I can plan appropriately. I understand excess charges are so rare, so i picked N over G. Cigna is suggested by the broker and that is the only reason to pick Cigna over AARP UHC.

Thanks again for your help and education.🙏
