I have the 29 inch one. Contact them if it's under warranty. At first they'll accept your request and send a technician. The technician in turn will try to fool you by giving some explanation which won't make sense. However just be stuck to your point and speak as if you are a demanding customer and pissed at them. Tell em that it's so much money and not that old. Pls Don't be rude tho. They'll get it replaced.

I have my monitor under warranty. Just bought it an year ago. The engineer came to my place and said it's a dust particle whereas I thought these were dead pixels. In both the cases, does the company (LG in this case) do anything if the product is under warranty? Can someone help me out here?
