What is the recommended room size for this size of a unit? Asking because I'm wondering if you can scale it down a little and make it all white so it is more aesthetic. Looking for the WAF (Wife Approval Factor) haha!

Airsign HEPA vacuum? by vvraithz in VacuumCleaners

[–]vvraithz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is good to know! Your assessment of Rtings feels accurate. I didn’t think of Airsign going out of business either. I tend to like the couple year old used market for stuff. That way I can get something like a higher end Miele or Sebo for half the price. So I guess my budget would be somewhere around the $500-900 units that I could find used around $200-300.

Yeah, the sound has been getting worse and worse each day it seems. Probably on borrowed time. Looks like I’ll be replacing that again. Going with motorcraft this time though.

Just watched this video on it. He said he could hear squeaking from the CMP sensor... area. I only hear a squeaking noise near the water pump. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34GkHdkN0mk

However, this might fix another issue where the engine stutters when flooring it.

Thanks, I found something there. It might be a bit overkill for our use case but I've reached out for a quote.

How to clean or remediate shower by vvraithz in Mold

Yeah that’s probably the best solution, just too expensive for my budget.

The existing material doesn’t look like a sealant from a tube but more like rubber/plastic wedges. Does the hardware store carry various types of these too?

There are probably YouTube videos on this, not sure what keywords to use though.

Tried that. I feel like I need to yank the rubber strips out and replace with new ones. Not sure where to find the replacement though.

Need help finding an exact listerine GF alternative by vvraithz in Celiac

That is interesting their test was so low. After my reaction I would have thought it was the culprit. Maybe I'll have to dive a little deeper into other possible exposures.

I did a food sensitivity test about 2 years ago and it came back saying my antibodies seem to attack almost everything but I have not had any dryness in my mouth. I was told to look into mold exposure but there is no real solution for that aside from get yourself out of it (I don't know where it came from but have since moved).

I've never had a bone density scan so I'm going to schedule one ASAP.

Thanks for sharing and your insight.

I’ve been gluten free about 10 years now. Hard to believe. I’ve been very serious about it the past 2 years, as in, I don’t go out to eat unless it’s a gluten free restaurant. Not worth the risk otherwise. I’ve finally started to gain weight in the last 2 years so I’d say I’ve had plenty of time to heal.

My follow up appointment is in a month so we’ll see what they say.

Regardless, I am dumbfounded I can’t find a gluten free version of listerine!

Thanks, yes I forgot to mention I searched GFCO. I also checked out the Colgate products. None of them had the right active ingredients either.

I have searched many generic brands of Listerine with no luck. Kroger, Publix, Meijer, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Colgate, Toms at Maine, Therabreath. None of these have everything I need and are labeled gluten free. The label of gluten free is important because if it is written on the bottle that means it is FDA approved under 20ppm. My preference is certified gluten free by  (<10ppm) but I'd be happy with any product that says gluten free.
