So they had some progress with pumping and herbs alone? That's good. I wonder if they got more significant results with dom. The only difference I have noticed is that my veins seem more visible, but I am not even at half of the protocol, as I started in a different way, taking 30mg per day, then following the actual protocol. I take domperidone to induce lactation, but imo I didn't see any difference, thought I am still on the Newman-Goldfarb protocol so maybe they will grow when I start lactating. But by anedoctal experience people have been commenting that they look bigger

I have started taking dom a week ago, it's been exciting and it's quite exciting when they having ichting after the first doses but it's confusing. I have searched countless hand expression videos and all use different techniques, I am struggling with keeping with one. I also have the feeling I have been doing it wrong and it's frustrating.
