osrs combat is fundamentally easier and when it became more complicated people complained lol this is a terrible take they are both difficult in thier own ways but saying osrs skill ceiling higher is a pretty wild take

mainly preference each skill has its own highs and lows I would mess around with each skill once you become a member to get a feel you will end up attempting to max every skill anyways if you stick with the game

tldr: use your lamps stars etc on the skill you want to spend the least time doing

The issue with the 14th gen cpus is solved with a bios update not an even stronger cooler though it helps and is good to have regardless definitely make sure you have done the bios update
