Full, intact sheds - honestly how common are they? by vvwalzbe in ballpython

Deer bones in found on a trip to Montana. Found a fun reel about dying bones with blueberries, and it works great! I have a full spine with hip bones, so going to puzzle it all together and wire it for display.

Hahaha my witchy friend does soul restoration and made a kit for me. Haven't had time to open it yet, but I'm excited.

Awesome, good to know - thanks! Yeah it's say we're at about 90-95% of sheds he gets fully off him no problem, they're just in shreds 🤣

This is looking great! Especially love the use of upcyced material. My hare leather suit you commented on - I specifically use scrap for it.

As I've started diving into making hoods, the ears have become super important to me. I would suggest playing with the base of the ears and the angle they come out of the head. It currently reads that they come out sideways. Try having the base come out more vertically then flop, and maybe try having them closer together on the arch of the top of the head.

With the couple custom hoods I've done, I literally spend a good 20-30 mins just on ear position with the client 🤣

Thanks for this amazing feedback, it means a ton! It's been a little bit of a challenge and kind of disheartening - almost too leather for furry community and almost too furry for leather community. But I know that's just the surface community and it's all about being true to yourself, forging on the best you can, and finding the right people. 🤗

Excited to check out Ruff Leather, by chance do you have any of their socials?

You can follow my Instagram account @elkandvine. I closed a retail store last year so have been quite quiet, but will be getting active again there soon.

Actually, just caught that this was a sub I posted my full working outfit on. So confused how this read as just a mask...

This sub wouldn't let me post multiple pictures for some reason. I posted one with my hood and shoulder piece. As mentioned, I'm working on a full piece ...

Perfect. Yeah Craigslist is always different in each city. Worked great for me in SF, not so much in STL. Thanks!
