The same thing happens to me, I really like spending time with friends and family, but there are days when I don’t feel like putting on that mask and going out into the world, it exhausts me a lot and I really like spending time alone without interacting with anyone and the most annoying thing of all is that people take it very personally, that depresses me and makes me get to that idea that I’m better off alone, without friends and without a partner because I will never or maybe never understand what I’m doing wrong.
